What we store

• About each learner: first name, grade, optional contact email, quiz answers, scores, and topic progress.
• About parents/guardians: name, WhatsApp number, and optional email — only what the teacher enters to share progress updates.
• Curriculum documents: syllabus PDFs uploaded by the teacher to generate quiz content.

Who can see it

• The teacher managing this platform.
• Each learner sees only their own quizzes and progress.
• Parents/guardians see only their own child's progress, via a private link or report sent by the teacher.
• We never sell data or share it with advertisers.

AI question generation

Quiz questions are drafted by an AI service from the uploaded curriculum. Only curriculum text, topic names, and the learner's grade level are sent to the AI — never a learner's name, contact details, or answers.

Your choices

• Parents may ask the teacher to stop progress messages at any time.
• You may request a copy, correction, or full deletion of your child's data by contacting admin@kalaharicells.com.
